The Role: Make Transformational Impact
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead full-cycle sales for high-value enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and shaping customer adoption strategies. This is more than a quota-carrying role—it’s an opportunity to help global brands unlock strategic outcomes through AI-driven customer experience solutions.
You’ll work closely with account management, solutions engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure customers achieve measurable business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and drive net-new enterprise business across strategic logos
Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with CX, Product, and Operations leaders
Manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close
Partner with solutions engineering, product, and account management teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions
Influence product direction by providing market insights and customer feedback
Represent the company at key industry events and in executive-level meetings
Who We’re Looking For
7+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience, consistently closing large, complex deals
Proven ability to land new logos and expand revenue within existing accounts
Strong executive presence; comfortable speaking with C-suite stakeholders
Skilled in consultative, value-based selling across multiple stakeholders
Bonus: experience selling AI/ML platforms, enterprise SaaS, or customer experience software
Strategic thinker, excited to grow a well-backed, early-stage company to the next level
